Are there any specialist shopping centres or areas which sells a lot of children clothings, shoes, stationery and such ?

I'm also looking for sports apparels and accessories.
Where is the best place to go to find authentic but discounted sportswear ?
If not are there any area that specially sells these ( fake ) ?

Are there anywhere which I could find quality leather shoes like Birkenstock and Dr Martens shoes ?
Be it authentic or similar ?
