Hi, we'll be going to Taiwan for photo shooting, and we planned on early march 2011. Will that be a good time as we do not want it to be boiling and ruin our shooting.How's the weather like on March? Also any recommendation on b&b near to public transportation and central? Thanks :)

I think it's OK to go there in March. People wear t-shirt this year. But it can be cold if it rains. See Taiwan Climate(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/climate/taipei.htm) .I find some budget hotels on the internet. Not sure if they'll meet your request.
