Dear, I am going to Weihai, my flight is to Jinan.so how can I go to the regular bus terminal of Jinan from Jinan air port, or to Jinan railway station from Jinan air port. and from weihai bus terminal and weihai station how can I go to weihai international exhibition center?

There are airport buses to the bus terminal in Jinan. And after getting off, you can take a taxi to the railway station. Three trains are available from Jinan to Weihai, and it takes around 7 hrs by train K8261. The international exhibition center is about 8kms from the Weihai railway station. You could take the public bus No.42 or a taxi directly.
