About:Chinese Embassy in Sri Lanka

At the moment Chinese authorities are not issuning official visa letter to first time visitors.Is China disouraging business personnel visiting Canton fair etc.Plesae respond.

Yes, you can apply for a business visa to China for Canton fair. It requires an invitation letter/fax from your contact in China, but not an official visa letter.
