After the Peak, you can get to Avenue of Stars and watch the Symphony of Lights on the Victoria Harbor (I mean star ferry) or just on the avenue. In the second day, you have time to see Big Buddha in Ngong Ping by cable before Disneyland. Or you can go shopping at Citygate Outlets in Tung Chung. After Ocean Park, you can get to Lan Kwai Fang and SOHO, or go shoping at Mongkok, see temple street night market in Yau Ma Tei. Last day, I suggest you get around Tsim Sha Tsui, Wanchai and causeway Bay area to see the downtown.
