How far is from Shanghai to Shaolin Temple? What will be the best way to get there and how much?

From Shanghai to Shaolin Temple, you can take train or flight to Luoyang first. The train from Shanghai to Luoyang takes about 14-16 hours. Then take bus from Luoyang bus staion to Dengfeng where shaolin temple locates. It takes about 1 hour driving.
