About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

hi, i'm a singapore pr with malaysian passport and planning to visit shanghai for a week in nov. Do i need to apply for a travel visa? Is the exemption of visa for citizens extended to pr's as well? Thanks!!

yes, you need to apply for a visa to China through Chinese Visa Application Service Center. Singapore passport holders are exempted from visa for 15 days.
