Hi,
Anyone out there knows if the public expresses buses going from Chengdu to Jiuzhaigou are operating yet? Are the roads open? Thank you so much

Hi, at present, you'd better take flight from Chengdu to Jiuzhaigou in order to keep safe. One of the road is open but not advisable.
