About:Chinese Embassy in Belgium

I'm leaving in January for a six months travel to Australia and south east asia. We would like to end our trip in China, but I read that when I apply for a Chinese visa before I leave, it's only 3 months valid. And we will arrive in China half May and would like to fly home from Beijing beginning of July. How do we get a valid visa?
Thank you

The fact is that Chinese embassy in many places do not accept visa applications from temporary visitors. And you are right about the 3 months validity, You can only apply for China visa on Feb.March and May. So, during these months, which country will you visit (for a long stay)? you can try the Chinese embassy there, or just send back the application and all requirements to Belgium, let your family or friends to help you with it.
