Is it safe to use credit card?
How much normally we need to spend for transportation in Shanghai?

Credit card could be used at hotels, department stores, supermarkets and some restaurants. It should be safe.
As for the transportation fee, how many days will you stay and what kind of transportation will you take in Shanghai?
