Hello, We are coming to Shanghai on a holiday on 31st Oct. We would like to book our train tickets on Nov 1 from Shanghai to Beijing on the D train or T train for travel arnd 3-4 Nov. Will the Soft seat be available for booking 2 days before travel date ? How do we go about booking the tickets if I do not want to do it via an agent. Is it easy booking at the Hongqiao Railway station considering that I only know English. Are the ticket vending machines available for outstation trains ? Thankyou.

Hi, the ticket is available for booking 2 days before travel date.You can buy the ticket on your arrival in Shanghai at the ticket outlets. There is English service at Hongqiao Railway Station.The D-train ticket is available on the ticket vending machines.
