what documents must i present to chinese customs office to collect a laptop for personal use i bought from usa? it will be sent to me by UPS. i live in wenzhou but i want to know if i will have to go and collect my laptop in shanghai or beijing. The customs tariff, do i pay in cash or into their bank acount? thank you
