About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

hi. we are applying for visa through cebu embassy.. they are requiring the brown colored passports.. the fact that manila embassy accepts passports issued before march 31, 2010. what we have is the green one that would expire on 2012. do we have to go to manila to process? thanks.

Yes, you have to submit your visa application to Chinese embassy in Manila.
