About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

Hello,

I am currently on a Business-F visa in China. I intend to stay in China until April 2011. My visa information is as follows:

Enter Before: 02July2011
Issue Date:02July2010
Entries: M
Duration of Each Stay: 90 Days After Entry

I first entered China on August 7. I recently traveled to South Korea for the October holiday, arriving back in China on October 7. Does this mean I am okay for another 90 days (January 7, 2011) before I have to leave again? Or is my visa expired after the initial 90 days of entering in August (Nov. 7)? Sorry if this is confusing!

That means you used the second entry to China on Oct.7th. the duration of 90 days starts from the very entry date each time. So, you are required to leave before Jan.7, 2011. Since your visa is Multi-entry, you can enter again anytime before 02July2011.
