From Beijing to Huangshan, you could take flight or train K45. From Shanghai to Huangshan, there are two trains, which take around 12hrs. Coaches are also available on Shanghai-Huangshan route, with ticket price around CNY135 per person. About the train schedule, you can search on the website.0
