About:Chinese Embassy in Belgium

Hello,
I don't have residence permit in Belgium. I'm a resident in Turkey and a Turkish citizen. I'm here with a trade visa. So can I apply for a visa application to you consulate in Brussels.

No, you need to apply for it in your home country if you have don't have residence permit or work visa there.
