About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

2 engineers from HOYA Philppines will attend a meeting at Shenzhen this Oct 13-15.
They will apply for VISA this Oct. 8 and hopefully will get the visa by Oct. 14.
But the Chinese Embassy will be closed from Oct. 11-15.
What can we do?

How did you get the information about the day-off from Oct.11-15?? If really, they may try to apply visa on arrival at Luo Hu port with the invitation letter.
