About:Chinese Embassy in Belgium

My China visa expires on 28 October. I want to fly from Shanghai to Taipei on 25.10. and to return to Shanghai on 30.10. to take my flight to Europe on 1.11.

Do I need a second China visa when I come back to Shanghai from Taipei?

You do not need a visa if you transit through Pudong Airport or Hongqiao Airport of Shanghai, provided valid passport, visa for the onward country, final destination tickets and have booked seats, and stay in Shanghai for less than 48 hours.
