im ben , im from congo , im at jakarta for trip bussiness , i've been china once , im not perment resident in indonesia , i'll like go bussiness for finish my bussiness there , i got congolese passport , i ll like know , if i can get visa for bussiness multi enter in china embassy in jakarta ? , some peoples say , african can't get visa here if u not resident ...i want know how to do

Foreigners can submit their visa applications to Chinese Visa Application Service Center, which process China visa on embassy's behalf in Indinesia if they hold residence permit or work permit there. But if you are short tine visitor, you have to apply the China visa in your home country.
