Hello. Can I just walk from tsim sha tsui star ferry to the mirador mansion? is it safe to just walk at this place at around 2:00 in the morning?

If it is in daytime, I think it would be OK to walk from Star Ferry to Mirador Mansion, but if at 02:00 in the morning, I think you'd better take a taxi.
