About:How to Get to Yangshuo

Hi, do you happen to know if it would be possible for non-Chinese to buy (and drive) electronic bicyles or motor tricycles (to drive to Guyang) anywhere in Yangshuo or Guilin?

There is no such restrictions that foreigners can't drive motorbike in there.
