About:Harbin Ice Festival

I would like to visit Harbin in late December 2010. is there any festival during this month and how is weather.

It is very cold there. Wear thermal underwear, sweater and down coat, gloves and scarf. The temperature will be lower than -10 degrees. The Snow and Ice Festival will be ready in late December, althrough it is formally open on Jan 5. Visitors can see ice and snow sculptures since the Christmas Day.
