About:Chinese Embassy in UAE

got chinese visa only (libyan nationality ) and wants to stop over hong kong after the canton fair. can he enter hong kong with his chinese visa only

No, he can not use the China visa to enter Hong Kong, and he need to apply for a HK visa is he wants to visit there.
