I have my tickets booked for 10th October 2010 (04:40 am) but when I went to submit my visa application on 30-Sep-2010 in Mumbai their office was closed. This is a business visa and an important official visit. I am now planning to go to the Consulate in person on 08-Oct-2010 and submit my application and request for grant of visa on the same day itself. Is this possible? Secondly is the China Embassy in India working on 09-Oct-2010 and 10-Oct-2010? I got to know from my Chinese Colleagues that in China Embassy is open on 09-Oct-2010 and 10-Oct-2010 since 01-Oct to 07-Oct are Government holidays? Please reply at the earliest.
