I have a girlfriend who is working in Shenzhen china as a nanny and her contract runs out the end of october.I want to know how she can acquire a work visa to come to Australia for 12 months and whilst she is here apply for a permanancy resident visa if that is possible. Can you please get back to me as time is of the essence. We do plan to marry but in the meantime we need as much help as we can possibly get.
