The requirements for a tourist visa to China in Indonesia are as follows:
1. Original passport remaining to be valid for at least 6 months from the date of application and with sufficient blank visa pages.
2. One completed Visa Application Form (e-Form / Download) with a recently-taken passport photo (only color photo with light background like light blue and white is acceptable).
3. Travel itinerary, hotel booking and return ticket, sometines they require bank statement. If you want to sponsor her, you should provide your bank statement, passport and work permit, etc.
She can submit her visa application to the Center. And be noted that all applicants could make an appointment online in advance via the Center's website before submission.
