DEAR IPLAN TO GO TO HAIKOU ISLAND BY AIR CHINA DEPARTING FROM DUBAI WOULD U KINDILY ADVISE WHAT IS THE BEST ROUTE TO THIS DESTINTION WITH MINUMUM STOPS THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR PROMPT REPLY

You can fly to Singapore first and then fly to Haikou. There seems only one flight everyday to Haikou. You can also fly to Guangzhou, Hong Kong from Dubai too. Then heading to Haikou.
