About:Chinese Consulate in Toronto

I am USA passport holder living in Toronto as Permanent Resident, I need to apply for China Visa to travel within 3 weeks. My Canadian PC card has expired, therefore, was submitted for renewal as my new PC card has not yet arrive. Could I submit my Original Record of Landing issue by Canada Immigration as proof of Canadian resident?

Ms.karen, you'd better enquire Chinese embassy there in Toronto directly if your Original record of landing ccounts as proof. No one here can ensure you with that since visa officers will make the final decision.
