About:Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport

I have a 24 hour stopover in Guangzhou from Manila en route to Dubai.,do i need a visa if I want to go to downtown Guangzhou before my flight to Dubai?

last time my friend was also same with you, he was late for his flight and fly after three day. no one asked his visa. dont worry,because you have flying-plan and passport.it will not be trabel.
