Hong Kong Zoo on the north side of Victoria Peak, isn't it? If so, you can visit Hong Kong Zoo, Victoria Peak, Madame Tussauds and Avenue of Stars in one day. Ocean Park plus Jumbo Kingdom in one day; Stanley Market, Repulse Bay, perhaps Lan Kwai Fong at night. Ngong Ping and Elements Center in one day; Jade Market, Temple Street, Festival Walk center in one day. Kowloon Walled City last day. If the first day is too tight for you, you can rearrange it. Better to have a HK map and mark all these places in the map. You will find how to arrange it together according to their locations.
