I live in The netherlands but am a canadian citezin could i apply for a chinees visa in Brussels for my canadian passport?

If you want to apply China visa in Brussel, you will be asked to provide the original residence permit or work permit in Belgium. Since you live in Netherland, you can submit your application there.
