You need to apply a visa to China through CVASC in New Delhi or Mumbai according where you reside. The application you can submit either in person or by someone entrusted. And before that, you need to make a online appointment at their web. The requirements are as follows:
(1) Covering letter from applicant’s company or office.

(2) Proof that you have a genuine ongoing relationship with the person inviting you in China and the copy of valid resident permit.

(3) Invitation letter from your relatives.

(4) Comfirmed return flight ticket and its photocopy.

(5) Photocopy of the personal data page of applicant’s passport.

(6) An applicant holding a passport other than Indian passport should provide the original and a copy of their permanent residence or work permit which should be valid for at least half a year (except for those who are visa or permit exempt for residing or working in India);
