Hello, i have a couple of friends in china who wish to renew their visas without traveling back to Kenya, is it possible for me to submit their applications and collect their visas on their behalf, please help.

if they all hold Tourist visa to China, they can get their visas extended in the local PSB within China. The tourist visa can be extended twice. With all required documents, they need to go there in person.
