If i were to travel to taiwan in mid january, is water theme parks ok to play? will it b too cold and will they be opened? planning to go yamay theme park in taichung.. For dressing wise in mid jan, is wearing a coat there exagerrating?

The temperature would be around 15-16 celsius in northern part of the island, 18-19 celsius in southern part of the island. You can bring T-shirts and coat.

The park would be closed for bad weather conditions. Normally it won't be closed. It won't be too exagerrated to dress coat at that time.
