The musical fountain shows in the evening at 21:00, 18:00 and 21:00 in weekends and holidays. Yes, nearly 15 minutes. It is walkable from the foundtain to Tang Show in Tang Paradise, if you mean the show in this place. Follow the map, for you may not recognize the way. Roads there are a bit complicated.
