About:Top 8 Shopping Areas in Shanghai

I will be in Shanghai (chang ning district) later this month and would like to buy a cheap / good quality snowboarding jacket. May companies produce in China so i suppose their items are for sale there. Are there any good markets for such items? Are Decathalon stores cheap or normal priced? Thanks for any info.

If you would like to purchase good quality ones, these department stores should be the best choice, but the price has no advantage at all. Although most brands have set factories in China, these products are exported and sold expensive in China.
Tips: Nice discounts is always given during some holiday.
