Hi there, i am a canadian traveling throughout europe and I plan on heading over to china, does the chinese counsellete issue tourist visas to canadian in istanbul? If so what documents do I need, how long will it take and what's the cost?Thanks!Yana

No, Me.yana, they require Turkish Residence Permit for Foreigners valid for more than six months if you apply there. So, you are encouraged to apply from your home country if possible.
