from Islamabad Pakistan, if any one wishes to visit Kaliash Mountain and Manarvor Lakewht route he shud adopt. Kashger-Ngari or Kathmandu - Ngari, or katmandu-Lhasa-Ngariwish to travel by land in side kashgher and kashghar to NgARI, AND BY LAND FROM kATMANDU TO NGARI OR BY LAND FROM KATMANDU-LAHASA-NGARI OR BYLAND FROM KATMANDU TO NAGARI

If you want to travel by land, Kathmandu to Lhasa and the Ngari would be a better route, since Kashgar is a little far from both Lhasa and Ngari.
