About:Taiwan Travel

travel to taipei during the first week of november 2010. the travel agent in malaysia recommended the Vendome Hotel? wish to know how is the hotel? i am a solo traveler wish to know what places in taiwan i shouldnt miss? and do most of the shopping mall or restaurant accept malaysia credit card? pls assist, thanks in advance.

The hotel is located not far from MRT Station, the location is good. And for attractions in Taiwan, I think you shouldn't miss Taruko, Alisha, Sun Moon Lake, and you can also go to Danshui. If your credit card is some worldly acceptable ones as VISA or other kinds, I think you can use it in Taiwan, but if it is from some bank in Malaysia, the stores would not accept it. Better change money before going there.
