About:China Business Visa

I want to have a visa (F) to attend a conference in Beijing. I have : the acceptance letter of my article, the call for paper, the notification form and the application form. Can I send these papers and the passport with a friend to the chineese embassy in Tunis to have my visa? .

Where are you now? I am not sure the Chinese embassy in Tunis will accept visa applications or not since there is no inforrmation regarding this on their web.

I'm in Tunisia, I know that these days there is the celebration of the national chineese day. I will go to the chineese embassy in friday (as we have told by the responsable in the chineese embassy here). I just want to know if I can send the application papers with a friend to the chineese embassy in Tunis and if the papers that I have prepared are sufficient!!!
