Dear Sir/MadamAs a Nigerian citizen living in Dakar Senegal, where is the right place for me to apply for the Tourist visa, should i apply it in Nigeria embassy here in Dakar Senegal or in Chinese embassy here in Dakar Senegal and what is the date and time that i suppose to do that because i have received the invitation letter from my Chinese friend.Please i will need your urgent help on this and i will appreciate your urgent reply.Erondu Geoffrey Chukwuemeka

No, sir, you need to submit your application to Chinese embassy in Dakar Senegal. Their working time is 09:00-12:00 Monday, Wednesday, Friday (except holidays). Please note they are on Chinese national holiday from Oct.1-7 this week, you can go there on Oct.8 or 9 for your visa application.
