Dear Sir/Madam
As a Nigerian citizen living in Dakar Senegal, where is the right place for me to apply for the Tourist visa, should i apply it in Nigeria embassy here in Dakar Senegal or in Chinese embassy here in Dakar Senegal and what is the date and time that i suppose to do that because i have received the invitation letter from my Chinese friend.

Please i will need your urgent help on this and i will appreciate your urgent reply.
