i'm a indian passport holder working in singapore i want to visit fujian state in china is it possible to get a visa to vist fujian state in china for meeting my friend

Sure, you can apply for a visa to china in Singapore. And if your destination is Xiamen, you can apply for a visa on arrival that allows you to stay there in Xiamen for several days.
