is there any one day tour for suzhou? and one day tour for shanghai?

if i plan to stay at GreenTree Inn Suzhou Train Station Hotel, but next morning has a 9.30am flight at Pudong airport, will i be able to make it? is there any train, or maglev that goes to shanghai from the suzhou train station? what's the earliest train available?
