About:Harbin Weather

Hi

I would like to know the weather in late dec 2010 in Harbin as we have booked our holidays. Are we able to see snow in the resort? Any good tips to keep us warm beside wearing long john and the right jacket.

Hi, it would be cold there in Dec. Mostly it would snow. Well, in winter the best way to keep warm when you are outside the house is to wear as much as you can. Maybe a better way to keep warm other than dress a lot is to stay inside the house since there is heat in every room in Harbin.
