I AM PLANNING TO GO TO TAIWAN ON 13 DECEMBER TO 18 DECEMBER 2010 . HOW IS THE WEATHER AT THAT TIME ?? PLEASE ADVISE ME WHAT TYPE OF CLOTHING I SHOULD BRING ??

You can bring T-shirts and coat, since the weather will not be extremely cold and the temperature would be around 22-25 celsius.
