About:China Visa Fees

i have a friend which his visa is overstayed for 2 times,first is they gave him extension for 1 month(his visa is F and then turned into L)and we don't know that it was an ultimatum visa,and then he lapsed again his visa,and they gave him 5 days more to stay.And now his going to Hong Kong to get the new visa.do you think they will give him a visa?

I don't think they will give him a visa again in Hong Kong because he has overstay twice, his previous 2 visas on his passport and his entry and exit stamp can prove that he overstayed in China twice, the visa officer in Hk will doubt that he will overstay in Chian again, it is his fault, the China immigration officer has given him 2 chances, but he doesn't obey the law.
