were can i find reasonable and fashionable clothes for men in shanghai and i also want to know place were i can find reasonble electronics goods like mobile phones ipods n stuff like that but reasonable

For fashionalbe clothes, of course you should not miss Nanjing Road and Huaihai Road. Some clothes shops there are expensive while you can still find reasonable clothes there. If you want to get cheap clothes, you can go to Qipu Lu.
Hi, for reasonable eletronics good, I advise you to go to Zhongshan Park. Many electronic shops gathering there.
