About:Marriage Registration in China

Can i have dual Citizenship?
I'm a Filipino Citizen who lives in the Philippines
And my girlfriend is Chinese Citizen who lives in the Philippines also.

You can't have dual citizenship, Chinese government doesn't recognize dual nationality.
