It is possible for you to apply for a China visa in New Delhi, but Foreigners other than Indians should have valid Indian visas or valid Residence Permits in India. If you enjoy visa free access to India, please provide copy of your legal entry stamp on your passport.

Address of Chinese embassy: 50-D, Shantipath, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi, 110021, India. But you should submit your application to China Visa Application Service Center, which handle visa appliations on embassy's behalf. The address is First Floor , Commercial Tower Le Meridien Hotel Raisina Road New Delhi---110001

The processing time is about 4 working days in general. The holiday is from October 1st to 7th, 2010.
