About:Marriage Registration in China

Dear Sir

I am australian citizen and my partner is a chinese national. We wish to get married in china. I am divorced and have the original divorce certificate (called a Dovorce Order in Australia). Is this the only document I require for my status?

Thank you for your help

The divorce certificate is not sufficient, the divorce certificate should certified/authenticated together with the Affidavit of Single Status,

Affidavit of Single Status, signed before a notary public.
the two documents certified by the Australia foreign affairs office or its authorized office
then the two documents certified by China embassy/consulate in Ausrealia.
